    The service

    RingBaler answers phone calls forwarded to it, collects service-request information from callers, and sends that information to contacts you choose by text, email or phone. It does not diagnose equipment, give repair or safety advice, quote prices, or dispatch technicians. You remain responsible for responding to requests.

    Your responsibilities

    You'll give us accurate contact and escalation details, keep them current, and set up call forwarding with your carrier. You're responsible for how your team acts on requests and for your own emergency procedures.

    No guarantee of delivery

    Phone, text and email networks can fail. We work to deliver every request but can't guarantee delivery or timing. Set a backup contact for urgent calls.

    Fees

    Plans are billed monthly in advance at the published price or your agreed pilot price. Usage well above fair use is billed only after we've agreed a price with you. Either side can cancel with 30 days' notice.

    Liability

    To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We're not liable for lost profits, missed jobs, or damage to equipment or property.

    Changes

    We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of material changes to these terms or your price.

    What we collect

    From callers: name, callback number, company and site address, equipment details, the problem described, safety information, photos they choose to send, and call recordings and transcripts. From our customers and website visitors: contact details you give us on forms.

    Automated assistant disclosure

    Callers are told at the start of each call that they're speaking with an automated assistant. Calls may be recorded and transcribed to create the service request.

    Who receives it

    Service requests go only to the contacts our customer (the repair company) sets up. We use service providers for voice, text messaging, email and storage, who process data only to run RingBaler. We don't sell personal information.

    Text messages

    We text callers only about the service request they made, such as a photo upload link. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of further texts or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

    How long we keep it

    Service-request records, recordings and photos are kept for [e.g. 12 months] unless our customer asks us to delete them sooner.

    To access or delete information about you, email hello@ringbaler.com. If you called one of our customers, we may pass your request to them.
